Terms and Conditions



Payment

Payment by cash or cheque is due at the end of each consultation.

Missed Appointments

Your account is subject to a $60 charge for a missed appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Please advise the office within 24 hours if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A $60 fee will be applied to your account for changes requested in the 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Terminations

Termination of services, for whatever reason, is fully supported. Commitment to your health includes finding the people and services that feel right for you, it is normal for needs to change over time. If you are thinking of terminating your treatment, please advise the office so that a departure package can be prepared for you.

Emergencies

If you are sick and need support, please call the office. The healing process can be tumultuous; your practitioner can help bring clarity to the symptoms being presented.

For life threatening emergencies, please call the appropriate emergency service and/or go to the hospital. Advise your heilkunstler once you are out of danger.
